1. Who we are

Smart GSEO Translator (gseotranslator.com) is operated by Jasper Verelst, trading as GSEO, Belgium. Contact: jasper@gseoeditor.com.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service on behalf of a business.
• You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Sharing, reselling or pooling accounts is not allowed.

3. Plans, credits and prices

• Usage is measured in pages and credits as shown in the app before every run.
• We always have the right to change prices, the number of included pages and credits, and plan features. Changes to a running monthly subscription take effect from the next billing period, and we announce them in advance by email or in the app.
• Unused monthly pages do not roll over. Purchased page credits are not refundable once used.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Lifetime deals and AppSumo codes

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, for as long as we keep offering the service and as long as the deal remains economically viable for us, meaning as long as we do not lose money on it. It does not mean the lifetime of the buyer or of the business.

• Lifetime deals include the monthly page allowance and features described at the time of purchase, subject to fair use.
• We may adjust the included pages, credits or features of lifetime deals when continued delivery would make the deal loss-making, for example because of rising AI or search data costs.
• If we discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days notice.
• AppSumo codes are subject to AppSumo's own refund terms. Codes are personal and cannot be resold after redemption.

5. Acceptable use

• Only upload content you have the right to use and translate.
• No illegal, hateful, infringing or deceptive content, no spam networks and no attempts to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• No automated access other than through the app interface, unless we agree in writing.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund for clear abuse.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the texts you upload and the translations you download. The website, the app, its design, code, prompts, copy, brand and logos belong to us. Copying, cloning or replicating the website or the app, in whole or in part, is not allowed without our written permission.

7. AI output and search data

Translations are generated with AI and search volumes come from third-party data providers. Always review output before publishing. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or AI search visibility.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost data.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy and GDPR page.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can continue using the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence.
