Data controller

What we collect

• Account data: email address, login method and the date you accepted our terms.
• Content: the texts, URLs, keyword lists, questions and instructions you submit, and the translations we generate.
• Billing data: plan, purchases and redeemed codes. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: pages and credits used, and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

Why we process it

• To provide the service you signed up for (performance of contract).
• To handle payments and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest).
• To send account and billing emails, and occasional product offers you can unsubscribe from (legitimate interest).

We do not use your content to train AI models.

Processors we use

• Hosting, database and authentication providers that run the app.
• AI model providers that generate translations from your submitted content.
• DataForSEO, which receives keywords only (no personal data) to return search volumes.
• Stripe for payments, and our email provider for transactional emails.

Some processors may be located outside the EU. Where that is the case, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Account data and translation history are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your content within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law (up to 7 years).

Cookies

We only use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for logging in and saving your draft. No advertising trackers.
