Your rights

• Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: have incorrect data corrected.
• Erasure: have your account and content deleted.
• Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Restriction and objection: limit or object to processing based on legitimate interest, including marketing emails.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

How to make a request

Email jasper@gseoeditor.com from the address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. Requests are free of charge.

Data processing agreement

Business customers who submit content containing personal data can request a data processing agreement (DPA) by email.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
